about
We break down our process into 3 basic phases. The conceptual design and master planning phase consists of the majority of our "blue sky" endeavors. It involves sifting through many ideas to land on (or very near) the final project design. This phase includes brainstorming meetings, research, sketches, models, renders, massing studies, and many other visual & tactile methods of communication among the team and the client. The services during this phase typically include the following:
-
schematic floor plan design
-
ongoing code analysis
-
design development of:
-
materials
-
finishes
-
fixtures
-
furnishings
-
other special needs
-
-
modeling of conceptual space
-
renderings
-
photo-composites & overlays
-
animation
-
lighting studies
-
massing studies
-
presentations
-
planning submittals
-
master site planning
